Jesse is an awesome and weird dude, gives you exactly what you want. Very happy with the two tattoos I have gotten so far.

Went in there with my little sister to get 2 airplane tattoos. We loved the experience. It was a great environment and made my little sister feel comfortable for her first tattoo. Would definitely recommend:)

Jesse at Darkside Tattoo is amazing! He is very creative and willing to work with ideas that are brought to him. I love that he is also honest if something will not work out, but also gives other ideas that would work. I came to him initially for a birthday present for my boyfriend and I, for the first time in the shop it was a very pleasant experience. Very welcoming and professional. He also was able to fix a tattoo that I had done at another shop and make it look incredible. I finally after 4 years of looking for a new artist to go to, found the one I will continue to go back to and refer others to. Thank you for your amazing work Jesse

Almost ten years ago I started thejourney to get both my arms sleeved and a full back piece. It didn’t take long to realize Darkside tattoo is my Favorite place to get tattooed in Green Bay. Jesse does great work, and is very professional. I wldnt change my experience for anything

Jesse’s an artist & not only does fantastic work but is super creative. I’ll never go anywhere else! You shouldn’t either!

This place is grossly unprofessional, disorganized, and rude. I’ve never felt so awkward going to a place that offers SERVICES. The only customer they’re interested in is 1) the guy they can have inappropriate conversations with and watch foul movies or 2) the girl they can climb into bed with. The only artist they had that was professional left around Covid. I expect a response to be posted on here that goes something like this, “Post on the artist’s page, this is my page and not my problem, blah blah, I don’t know you, blah blah.” Well in response to that, it’s just proof of how unprofessional this place is - to undermine a customer’s experience. To the lady who posted less than a year ago with the 4 letter tattoo - your experience is not isolated - it’s the norm. If you don’t want bad posts/reviews then choose better people to represent your shop. Period. Also please be consistent when you’re trying to invalidate this review like you do. You can’t be a “crew” when it’s good and separate yourself when it’s something bad. Look below at the predictable response. It was definitely the shop and you definitely don’t always check ID.

Jesse did an amazing job with this. You can tell this guy truly respects the art and the job. Place was very clean and professional. Kept me hydrated the whole time and made sure i was comfortable. I was nervous at first, however, slowly but surely the piece came to life and i absolutely love it. I was recommended Jesse by a friend of mine and I'll recommend him to everyone else, great artist! I will definitely be back again! Oh and we got to watch Star Wars the whole time i got my Star Wars ink. Perfect!

Jesse did a excellent job. I told him I wanted unique and he literally took my words and put it on my arm. It was all around a great experience. I am for sure going back and I am a customer for life. Just got done with the second session to finish it. Jesse is an amazing artist. He takes the time and listened to what I wanted. If you are looking for some where to get some ink done in the greenbay area I'd recommend him to anyone.

Very good experience for my first tattoo, definitely going back for my next and recommend if your interested in getting a tattoo you won’t be disappointed.

I absolutely recommend Jesse as an artist! His work is incredible, he's awesome to work with, and has fantastic ideas! I went to him with an idea and he ran with it, we have been able to bounce ideas off each other for future tattoos. He is the first artist I have seen more than once and I will continue going to him. If you're looking for a new artist, I highly highly highly recommend checking Darkside Tattoo out, especially Jesse's work.

Highly recommend Jesse!! Have been to many tattoo shops with no luck (poor service, not really willing to work with me, extremely pricey, etc.) but this….THIS place is amazing. Jesse does phenomenal work and will make sure are comfortable and happy with your art.

I had an appointment for 3 today, I wasn’t seen until 345.The artist was the only one in the shop. He was having a bad day, and I was empathetic and compassionate, but treated me terribly (swearing, degrading me, calling my design lame, and calling me a baby) and left the store while I was inside to go get cigarettes. He did a small four letter tattoo for 150$. It’s not quality and not centered. He refused to take a card. It truly bums me out, I was hoping for better as I’ve gotten tattoos here before. I have videos of me alone in the store helping a customer who came in. They took advantage of me and I will make sure to not recommend them. This is not a 150$ piece and this is a very unprofessional environment. Shame.
