Visited walking arts last Thursday for an appt. With Nikki. The Owner, Mike welcomed me and helped me fumble through my papers as I was nervous, my first big tattoo. He was very kind and offered us something to drink. My original appointment was for 2 hours but ended up sitting 3.5 because it was going so well. She is very cautious when it comes to the comfort of her clients. I could not believe that my last tattoo which took about 30 min. Was far more painful than half sleeve she is working on. It really does matter where you go! I'll be back for my last appointment next month and am very excited,. Mike checked in numerous times to make sure everyone was good. Such a great place!

I have seen Michael for several tattoos all very precise, beautifully created, and all healed very well without complications. He has a gentle touch. His shop is clean and he follows a very hygienic methodical method of maintaining the safety of his clients. Michael is absolutely amazing and he literally saved me twice. 1-2 years ago, he squeezed me into his schedule to help me with an urgent request. The results were outstanding. Today, I presented to his shop. Door was locked but he let me in and said he was closed and I could book and appointment. My mom and I have been coming to minocqua for years and wanted to get tattoos in honor of it. I sent an email and they replied quickly even with the short notice and the changes we made.
