Kayla is skilled, authentic, professional, and great to talk to (since I do better with chatting during appointments). Her atmosphere was clean and awesome, filled with her and other artwork. Bright ambience and secluded space. My piece took a few hours and the design, after the initial consult, was hand drawn by her prior to the appointment. I am thankful she could bring my vision to life with her art to commemorate my mother (thistle) and father (fern). She thoroughly talked through the healing process and the best aftercare. I look forward to the next tattoo with her!
