After many recommendations had come my way about Brightly, I was so excited about the initial (first time micro blading) appointment! Brightly was incredibly sweet and professional. Although, I was really disappointed in everything after. Brows faded more than 90%. A follow up appointment was promised that was included in the package. I called, emailed, texted multiple times.. yet no response. A very disappointing experience to my first micro blading experience. $ down the drain.

Brightly is the best of the best! I’ve been seeing her for about 2 years now and I won’t let anyone else touch my face (besides her co-worker amber who is also amazing). My go to treatments are lash lift, brow lamination and hydra facials. She is an absolute perfectionist and loves what she does. She’s just a genuine loving person and you feel it when you get any treatment done by her. I always leave feeling taken care of. I get so many compliments whenever I get a hydra facial.
