Had a set of piercings done here tonight and and was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness given to me by Billie. I am generally very nervous when it comes to piercings or anything to do with needles. She made me feel extremely comfortable with the whole situation and took her time with everything and answered all the questions I had. I HIGHLY recommend Sin Alley Tattoo and Billie for piercings! Had my tragus piercing jewelry replaced with a bezel style, because my prong style would randomly get caught in my pillow case. This place is amazing. They are super clean, friendly and personable…and their prices were great too ($20 for replacement 😊)

The first time I had a helix piercing done on Federal Hill, my ear blew up and hurt so badly the first day. They pierced my ear and let me go home without any information at ALL.
I came here for a second lobe piercing and helix piercing in the same day, and Billie was super knowledgeable and informative. I will definitely only be coming here for all of my piercings now. Note it's only been the first day, and all three piercings don't hurt at all! Thank you Sin Alley Tattoo!

Stopped in for a spur of the moment tattoo. I've driven by this place for 6 years and always look at the samples on the walls. Finally decided to stop in was not disappointed. Got my tattoo done by Johnny. It's my 2nd tattoo but 1st one at Sin Alley. It came out awesome. His design was on point and he matched the color perfectly. Would definitely go back for another one.

Workers are very nice, got my tattoo here and I love it. But not a reputable shops when it comes to piercings. Always gave me bad aftercare advice like using tea tree oil or soap which I’ve learned from reputable piercers are big No nos.
I was also told I had the “perfect” ear shape for an industrial and that it was going to heal beautifully, to find out that I don’t have the right autonomy and my ear shape actually won’t support the piercing, but they gave it to me anyway.
(They also had issues giving me the right sized bar. Gave me a bar that was way too long at first and then gave me a little attitude when I asked for a shorter bar)
So I had a difficult healing process and had to get it taken out anyways.
Might come back here for a tattoo but I will be paying the extra price to go to a more reputable shop for piercings.
Edit: I appreciate the response. I’m sorry to leave a negative review and sorry if I come off as rude, but I’m sure you understand that it’s very upsetting to spend $60+ on a piercing just to be told by several other piercers that I should of never received it in the first place. I was advised to take it out early to prevent more scarring

Just got a tattoo done there by an artist named Chris. It's the second tattoo I have gotten done by him now. He is an unbelievable artist and always makes sure you are comfortable. He even touched up a tattoo that he did years at another shop and he did it for no charge. The place itself is extremely clean and has an awesome vibe! Definitely will be going there again! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get some ink done!

Billie is amazing. I got my industrial and daith pierced and she talked me through the whole thing and made it so comfortable. Will definitely be going back for more piercings!!!

Took my wife for Tattoo her last week and they were amazing. The Tattoo came out better than expected and the friendly, down to earth staff made the whole experience even better. Mike the owner was great and did an outstanding job. If you are looking for a clean, low stress, laid back place to get your Tattoo or piercing.
