I came here years ago for my first piercing and two tattoos back then the customer service was great warm welcome and cozy I came today new people very rude I came to buy tongue piercings just very rude uncomfortable environment I'm a resident of Pawtucket I shop all around in Pawtucket and this is the first time I ever felt unwelcoming vibe in an establishment if you're not familiar with working with a different type of demographic or Urban demographic or ethnic demographic then maybe you shouldn't have your tattoo parlor in Pawtucket Rhode Island

you guys said you were open, i rushed to let my daughter get her nosed pierced and when we went to go to the shop it was closed yet their sign said open. terrible terrible shop. never taking my daughter there again.
