I got my first tattoo here and it was a really great experience. I was tattooed by Josh, and my boyfriend was tattooed by Dave. They are both great guys (professional, funny, and nice). Being my first tattoo, Josh walked me through the whole thing and was very understanding. The shop is comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Come to see these guys if you want a really awesome tattoo and experience!!

Walked in without an appointment and was seen within about 5 min. Told him the idea I had (my sister's birthday in Harry Potter font (she loves HP) and he drew it up perfectly. Place was nice, people were nice. Made me completely comfortable considering it was my first tattoo. I travel around Carolina for work but next time I'm back in town I'll definitely try to stop back in again.

There aren't enough words to express how amazing the artists are at Gypsy Moon. I had my first ever tattoo with Tabitha and she was so patient, kind, and truly a hype woman. Everything was so clean, the work is obviously great, and all the artists are so welcoming.

Gypsy moon is by far and away one of the best shops in South Carolina. Friendly artist, beautiful decor, ultra cleanliness, an atmosphere of acceptance, and so much talent from all the artist.

Love, love, LOVE Tabitha! Über talented. She will not disappoint you. She is often pretty booked and you may need to set an appointment to see her, but I guarantee you that she is worth the wait. They do take walk-ins and any artist you select is very skilled in their craft.
I have been back four times (so far, as I plan many more visits) and have seen the other artist's work there as well. Always impressive. Don't settle for anywhere else till you have made a visit here. You will leave happy.
