Shavon's Purple Lotus Tattoo

Went in today to get my first big tattoo and I was kind of nervous but Nelson put me at ease. He was very attentive and kind and made sure to explain the process to me. His attention to detail ensured that my tattoo turned out amazing! It’s honestly better than I could’ve ever imagined! The Purple Lotus is a very clean shop with a great atmosphere, it was fun watching him and his wife, Shavon, interact with one another. Two great people working in an exceptional tattoo shop! When I visit home again, I’m certain I’ll be back :)

If you are looking to get your first tattoo or your tenth, look no farther. Shavon is the BEST. This was my third tattoo but my first with Shavon. I will never go to anyone else. She took all precautions because of COVID-19. Her shop was so clean and very inviting....and so was she. She is so personable and EXTREMELY talented. I will definitely refer anyone and everyone to her! I love my tattoo!!!!

Shavon is amazing and I enjoyed my first tattoo session so much. My tattoo looks amazing and I couldn't be more pleased. Her facility is extremely neat and clean and I felt very comfortable. You can tell Shavon has lots of experience and it truly shows. Thanks for the great piece of art!

My tattoo experience at Purple Lotus was everything I expected and more. Shavon has gentle and fast hands and I now have a beautiful custom piece of art on my skin that incorporated all of the symbolism I wanted with intricate and bold line work. My appointment was really fun too. Already looking forward to doing a full sleeve with Shavon. Her shop is clean and awesomely decorated and she temp checks and enforces masks. Would refer to anyone looking for custom art from a professional.

Went into the shop for a cover up and had the pleasure of meeting Shavon. she went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and wanted. from the first time we talked up till the actual day she touched my skin was a amazing experience. Great experience! My design was ready for approval and placement upon arrival and I love it! Shavon interpreted my piece perfectly and I have exactly what I wanted. I healed quickly and easily. Staff was personable and professional, they really made me feel comfortable in a very relaxed environment. Looking forward to my next session.

Shavon is a true artist, I brought a simple design and she made it beautiful. The design was simple but it took a highly skilled tattooist to make it look right. Super straight clean lines. It was all I wanted and more. I am booked for the next one already. If you want a tattoo that's the place to go. Super hygienic goes without saying.

There is NO WHERE else I want to go! Shavon has done my last 3 tattoos and I can't wait to go back for MORE!! I love her shop! I appreciate all the care she puts into it, to keep me safe and healthy.
