I had so much ink done here with ,Uncle Buck. Went in with only 3 tattoos. In a span of a 1.5 months ended up walking out with 15 total.

Only giving a 1 star because I can’t do zero. My boyfriend went in earlier today to get a simple small scythe tattoo on his thumb. Megan was very nice and agreed to do the tattoo. Completely butchered it. He has never been so unhappy with a tattoo. Hopefully we can find someone to attempt fixing it. Will not be a returning customer.

So disappointed! David Bell at Motor city ink never showed to a scheduled appointment last month. I sent him $200 as a deposit. He has refused to send me my deposit that I sent him in Nov to complete a tattoo on Nov 16. A month of excuses as to when he will be sending my money back. Very unprofessional tattoo artist! DONT SEND HIM ANY MONEY!

Megan and everyone I’ve met here are great ! Megan did a sternum piece on me and I let her roll with it. I’m excited that it’s summer so I can show it off :) the shop is huge and the vibe is great !

My husband and I come here for tattoo dates. Love this place, Leroy is our artist whom is talented, and I definitely recommend Motor City Ink. The other artist are helpful and they have a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. For the comment below, I have been there a few times and did not smell pot on any of the artists there.

So I went and not sure what I wanted but I went in and chatted with Michael. He drew it freehand and then showed it to me. it was exactly what I've been thinking of. During the process he made sure to keep checking with me to see if I was okay. The finished product is amazing. (Although the color is not showing up in this picture)
