I Went To Legendary Tattoos looking for A Cover Up Tattoo and The Owner Fred came up with the perfect piece. His tattooing skills are some of the best I’ve seen even with a freehand. The environment was very professional clean and friendly. Great artwork for great prices and I will definitely be going back!

I’ve been going to Fredrick since I was 18 and I’m now 25. He’s the only one that has done my tattoos. I live in Columbia but I definitely don’t mind going to Sumter for great work. He’s always on time with appointments, pays attention to detail in his work, any image you give him, he can do the exact tattoo as if it’s reflecting in the mirror. He also can free hand and draw. I remember a person recognized my half sleeve he did on me was his work. Great tattoo artist and very professional !
