Jenny did a beautiful job on my black, line work tattoo. It is so delicate and clean, I am so happy with the result. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and it definitely paid off. She even offered to touch up a couple of small, fading lines of an old tattoo for no charge. Everyone at Full Circle is so engaging, patient, and professional.
