Bad Cat Tattoo Studio

I made an appointment with Tanner and I couldn't be happier with my tattoo. I requested him after my sister came home with crisp line work last summer and knew he was just the artist to do a memorial tattoo of my Service dogs paw print. I had a vision of what it should look like and Tanner made a couple suggestions of how to make it work better and I loved the ideas he threw out. As mentioned before his line work is Crisp and clean and his attention to detail is, (chefs kiss). I will recommend him to anyone I cross looking for an awesome tattoo. This man's work is worth every penny for work you can feel pride in showing off.

John gave me the tattoo I was saying I would get for 2 years. I'm in love with it. He's not over priced, not cheap but I feel what I paid I got extremely great quality work. Environment was fun. One dude made fun of me a little (messing around) about the small amount of pain I had. Great part was I got to clap back at him and we all laughed. In summary I can't wait to be back in that chair with John at the helm for the next 3 I've already planned out.

Loved the experience! Everyone there has a great sense of humor which really helped ease my nerves. They even let me borrow their charger for my phone. John did a japenese style tattoo with clean line work and amazing shading, he's very patient and great to work with. Can't wait for my next appointment.

Outstanding in every way. Clean shop and fun group of guys. Had the true pleasure of working with Brando. Wanted to get a permanent reminder oud the two best days of my life... my daughters' birthdates. I did a quick consultation with Brando and was able to squeeze me in the same day. He recommended keeping it Simple so it would last a lifetime and we added the colors of their birth stones in the hearts. Professional and a gentle touch for someone who's quite a crybaby. I also enjoyed hearing a bit of his story. Great talent and i willl willl definitely bring my business back to him.

I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever regarding the quality of the work I had done, it's absolutely beautiful and I love how it turned out. HOWEVER, I definitely did not appreciate how absolutely nothing had been discussed about pricing prior to any work being performed, even the space that was included for the price that's listed on the disclaimer paperwork I had to sign was left intentionally blank. I was less than pleased when we were done and was then presented with, and forced to pay, what felt like an outrageous $300 bill for a very small piece that fit on the top of my hand. I accepted that without complaint though because rightfully I should have brought it up myself when it hadn't been made clear from the start. What really truly rubbed me the wrong way was when I returned to have my tattoo touched up. After he was finished I had respectfully pulled out my wallet with the intent of tipping him of my own volition, only for him to flat out demand I give him $40. Considering the touch-up is supposed to be free, and I had already intended on tipping him regardless, it felt incredibly pretentious and disrespectful to me for him to have chosen to demand a specified amount of gratuity.

Matt Clark is amazing! He has blown my mind with the sleeve work he has done for me, took a simple idea I had and he ran with it, created something totally different and so much better than I could have imagined...dude has a wonderful artistic mind. On top of that he’s just a good dude to sit all day and tell stories with. In fact all the artists there are super friendly and welcoming, good vibes all day long from everyone after an almost 8 hour sit. And from what I seen of other work done while I was there, everyone is top notch! Probably the best shop all around that I have been to!

My experience with Matt is always amazing! I’ve had him do a sleeve in a couple sessions on me and it’s always a good time! He’s very clean, fast and always keeps it real. I love the work he does and always trust his ideas. Don’t think I will ever go to anyone else. I will always recommend Matt to anyone looking for a good and quality tattoo that lasts!

I went on a whim by looking up the shop and finding tanner. His work is beautiful and very detailed which brought me to making an appointment with him. I’ve now gone to him twice and recommend him to another friend in which she also was very pleased. He makes everything clean and comfortable. I gave him ideas on what I wanted and let him critique it in his own way, to me it’s what makes an artist and artist. I will probably use him from now on. Overall everything was awesome!!

I had a great experience. I love my half sleeve done by Matt Clark, he put so much effort in with word play & tying the piece together. He had great visions for the tattoo I had in mind! Very clean with a lively atmosphere.
