Went in for my first tattoo. Abby greeted me and was so kind & friendly. Tyler did my tattoo and was amazing. He drew up exactly what I wanted! He did a wonderful job, amazing artist! He was open and honest about the artwork. He told me what to expect and what I would feel. If I were able to have another tattoo I would return here. Clean shop, nice atmosphere.

Great experience every time I'm there. I've had 2 tattoos done by Nick and couldn't be happier with both. He gives his honest and professional opinion. I will only go to Hannah anytime I need my hair done. She's nothing short of amazing when it comes to being a stylist! So much talent in this building! Would definitely recommend Permanent Addictions!!

I received one tattoo from Erin. I came in explaining pretty vague ideas and she spent the time and patience to work through it to get me an amazing tattoo. She is currently working on my sleeve, and as of right now, everyday, at least one person says how much they like my tattoos. Also let me not understate the cleanliness of their equipment, the store and the staff, she did everything a doctor would do short of holding her hands up in the air. My recommendation to Permanent Addiction and to Erin herself can't be more than a five star or it would be. Can't wait to get more work done.

Allie has done both of my tattoos and they turned out beautifully. She works with her customers to assure that they are happy with their product. The store is very clean and inviting and all of the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Went for some piercing work- when I went the first time the guy outside smoking told me to come back in 2 or 3 hours then the the gal would be there..I called 4 times prior heading back no answer. Went back well over 4 hours to see the same guy outside smoking to only tell me, “doesn’t look like she’s here and I didn’t even know if she’ll be in” I stated how many times I called before coming all the way back across town..he stated, “don’t know what to tell you we are all busy.” Obviously not busy enough to look and sound unprofessional and incompetent. Went to Electric Crayon and had amazing service and answered their phone right away.

Everyone at Permanent Addictions was super friendly and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. Tim Jewel did his own version of a piece I sent him and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. If you love traditional American tattoos he is the best of the best in the 605 and he takes great pride in his work. Thanks Tim!

TIM IS AWESOME. Had a tattoo previously that I was unhappy with due to bad aftercare on my part. I came into Permanent Addictions and talked to Tim about a cover up but was unsure on what exactly to do. Tim guided me through all of my options and we settled on a sunflower for a cover up. He was very flexible but still gave great advice. The end result was a beautiful clean tattoo and you can’t see the old tattoo at all. Super thrilled I came to Permanent Addictions!!!!!

Been tattoo’d by Heath a few times and the man kills it every time! Great guy and super talented. Very fair price as well for the quality of work he puts out. All in all would definitely recommend whether your looking to get your first tattoo or your 100th. Super bummed he’s not here in Chicago anymore but best of luck and hope to see you again in the future!

I am so happy with my tattoo. I got a simple outline of MN and the line is flawless. Dan did my tattoo and he did an amazing job. Eberyone is very professional and nice. I love my tattoo and would recommend to anyone. I will be going back for a future tattoo!
