Really nice guy, needed to get my septrum piercing repierced and turned out that the cartilage was broken from the last guy that pierced it threw the cartilage 2 months before, the floating piece stopped us short and he didn't charge me a thing for the needle or anything he wasted, even apologized for the amount of pain involved so in a couple months when I heal I'll definitely be back
