While the shop itself is not bad, I would advise to anyone to STAY AWAY FROM JOE MCELRAVY unless they like scarred overworked tattoos. I had gotten my first tattoo here. The pain was unbearable which I thought was just normal for tattoos. One full sleeve, chest piece, and leg later I have come to the realization that this artist just did not know what he was doing. He lined way too deep and high voltage, I’m now left with major scarring on my spine

Michelle has done two of my several piercings and Jason has done one set of mine as well. Both are amazing at what they do, their bedside manner is impeccable and something I adore about the shop. They always take time to talk about everything and welcome you to come back if you have any issues, even if it is needing help changing the jewelry

Overall great experience. They were 10mins late for my app. No big deal. The piercer Jason kept me engaged the entire time. He was well dressed and clean. I would definitely recommend the shop

My daughter and I went in for ear piercings and had a great experience. All of there areas where very clean and everyone that worked there was welcoming and informative. I appreciated their patience and in depth knowledge. Jason did our peircings and I will definitely go back to him for any I want in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of us, and it was awesome that you were able to get us right back as a walk in.

Love this shop! Super friendly, lots of jewelry, and very safety conscious. They use implant grade titanium which is one of the only metals I can use because my skin is super sensitive. I’ll be trying a tattoo next!

Couldn’t get passed the bad customer service from the woman at the front desk to do anything else.
*Update* Your response is absolutely not true. When I called and asked if you sold jewelry you said yes and I said thank you I’m on my way you said okay I said goodbye and hung up. There was more than enough time to tell me your policy before I drove across town. When I arrived I asked the woman at the front desk where the jewelry was she pointed to the case I go over there look find what I want and I’m just standing there wondering why no one is assisting me. So I walk back to the front desk and ask her can she help me then she says no you would have to wait for the piercer he’s on lunch and it will be another hour before he can help me. I said OMG I just called up here before I drove across town she didn’t say anything. I said you just waisted my time she still didn’t say anything. No apology or i understand your frustration nothing she just looked at me speechless so I just walked out got in my car and since my web browser was on google from me just calling up there before driving across town I left a review before I pulled off.. Even if you scroll down and read passed reviews the main bad reviews you have is about your front desk worker, lack of communication, and your jewelry policy. Take the reviews and learn from it to make your business better..

I wanted to get my ears pierced. Someone recommended Jason and im so glad. He talked with me about what my ears would do as a teenager, and her knew just what to do!!! No issues with my piercing. He'll be the one I go to for the other piercings I want!!! Thanks No Egrets for having an awesome piercer!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a wide variety of artists, so most styles of tattoos can be accommodated. Just plan on booking ahead if you want a popular artist to do your work, since they're usually booked out a couple of months.
