Zero Regrets Tattoo and Piercing

I've been tattooed by Ashley before, so I knew that I wanted my next piece to be done by him. My boyfriend and I wanted to get similar tattoos for my birthday, so we immediately talked to Ash and got appointments booked. We had some issues with scheduling, but Ash and Bruce went above and beyond to correct the issue and to get us in. They, no doubt, strive to keep their clients happy. Their new shop is awesome, snacks, drinks, gaming area, and by far the cleanest tattoo studio I've ever seen, even the bathrooms are spotless. Our pieces turned out great, we had a great experience at Zero Regrets, and we can't wait to get more done! Highly recommend!

Ashley is a great artist. He doesn’t rush to get it done and just make a buck. He does awesome work. Ashley and Bruce I believe are the best tattoo artists around. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Bruce is a good artist but his professionalism and his lack of follow through/ note taking needs extreme work. I would not go to him for a project piece if you don't live nearby. He came highly recommended so I paid for my first session in full. He told me originally I would have three concepts to choose from, but nope, and after an extreme mess up on his part because I followed up multiple times with his assistant I had to come back another time. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt plus I already gave him my money. He still said I would have my concept the next day for my review, but nope. After more frustrations he finally had something together and went with it. The art was pretty but the concept wasn't fully thought through and alternations will need to be made because he didn't take into consideration the whole piece. He made more promises but just more fails and false stories. At this point every time someone compliments my art I find myself bad mouthing the piece because he ruined the experience. But he doesn't have to worry, I won't go back to him complete the piece.

I was pierced by Bailey. She was EXCELLENT! Very sweet, professional and clean. 10/10 would recommend her for any piercing!!

I would recommend this business for any tattoos and piercings. The artist’s in here do awesome work and know how to interact with the customers. The business is one of kind around. You couldn’t ask for any better artists they all out to make sure your tattoos are the best when they are done with them. Always a great friendly place and always willing to give ideas on people tattoo idea.
