Hard Knox Tattoo

Went in to get three piercings. Pickle did an awesome job and made me feel totally comfortable. Explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Great, clean shop that I have already recommended to friends!

1 Year Follow-Up - My wife had contacted Jeremy for a touch-up on my shark tattoo (which I still love). I was extremely careful with the care post tattoo and it held up pretty well but it has faded and some of the finer lines are almost gone completely. My wife contacted Jeremy via Facebook and setup an appointment with him yesterday (Monday) for me to come in for my touch-up. I drove 45 minutes there as the shop is quite far from where I live/work. When I arrived I let them know that I was there for a touch-up from Jeremy. The guy said that he'd be busy for quite a while and took me back there to discuss it with him personally. He stopped working on the girl currently getting a tattoo and asked to see the shark. He proceeded to tell me that it held up pretty well and he didn't think that it needed touched up. I pointed out the almost invisible lines that I was most concerned with and he said that the finer lines would and are supposed to disappear...WHAT?!?! He said that if I wanted it touched up then I would have to pay for it (even though when I was checking out after I had it first done he said that he would touch it up free of charge anytime). I am still happy with the work that Jeremy did, however the experience/customer service took a complete 180 from when I was first in there. I was once a very loyal customer of his and in 10 minutes he completely tarnished the relationship and we will now be going elsewhere. See below my initial excitement/experience. I left this in to show how things went so south in only 10 minutes.

I got my first tattoo here from Jeremy Hill and it turned out AWESOME!!! He was very patient with me as I picked out something that I wanted (as it was going to be on me forever). I was first looking through flashes in their books and he came out to see if he could help me and asked what I was interested in. I told him I really wanted a shark tattoo as I have been fascinated since I was little and his eyes lit up as he shared the same passion for sharks as I did (having multiple shark tattoo's himself). He took me back to the computer and we began the search. He pulled multiple pictures off the web and photo shopped them till I found one that suited what I wanted. He was extremely proud of his work (my shark tattoo) and was showing it off throughout the studio when he was done. The whole studio was very professional with a laid back atmosphere. I WILL be going back to see him for my next tattoo! Kudos to Hard Knox for being so awesome and to the artists there whom are passionate about what they do! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HARD KNOX TATTOO!!!

I got my Daith pierced today to help with my frequent mirgraines and it instantly relieved my headache. I only felt alittle pressure is all! Rockwell was amazing!!! He was very professional and Sanitary! He is definitely a experienced piercer and made my experience pleasant and kept me calm. Definitely go here for your piercings! They are also priced very reasonable too!

I went to hard Knox tattoo on 11/14/2020 to get the tragus piercing in my ears. The lady that does your paperwork was very very friendly.i asked questions about that type of piercing n she was able to tell me it would not be that bad.thats very sweet.thry were very cautious about covid.the staff wore masks at all times.then my piercing guy came outside to walk me in.he was very sweet.very direct about my piercing n cleaning for it.he was very quick about piercing very clean n professional.he stated I was a " trooper".🤗my friend refered me there. In my review I would give 5 stars.my piercing does not hurt n will heal great.thank you hard Knox for the experience at your shop...

I got a piercing from a artist named Rockwell he really knew how to handle it you could tell he was very experienced

I've had my tattoo for a little over two years now. I got very spontaneous one day and just walked in, it was a very simple tattoo. It took longer for the artist to get prepared for it than it did to actually do the work. They were very short with me (granted I was a walk-in). My artist ended up moving to Vegas three days after I got my work done (I had only wanted to have one artist do my work) and then after the scabs came off, it's had some spots missing in the lines and It's extremely faded. I messaged them on Facebook a few days ago, inquiring about getting a piercing and I haven't heard anything from them. I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I went today to get my 7th tattoo done. I was very particular in what I wanted I described it to Leslie and she nailed it on the head. While she was doing my tattoo I ended up passing out on her due to the fact of not eating before I went in and she was very claim and helpful when I came back. She was very understanding and went ahead and finished and when I asked for a short break she gave it to me. I will tell everyone I know to go over there! In fact I am going to send my husband over there soon to fix a tattoo that got and the artist messed it up! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

My wife went to get her nipples pierced and they done an amazing job. We both highly recommend this place. And $50 for both is a good price for professional and sanitary work!

The piercer is very unprofessional. Got things out with no gloves , cleaned my piercing area with NO GLOVES . I don’t recommend. Save your money . My piercing is now infected .
