The scheduler sits and makes fun of paying customers, appointments are always being rescheduled for sometimes months and then you just never get your tattoo that you put a deposit down for, deposit amounts are high, and the prices are also high. Dude doesn't even have very good work. Save your money and go to a real artist.

Lance is an amazing artist! I wanted a realism tattoo of a train and he exceeded what i imagined. He was super clean, light handed, and the quality is amazing!

The artist has pretty decent work I guess, I mean you can get way better but locally he maybe the best. But with all the drama surrounding the place and the disregarding COVID shutdown, this place is just not worth the hassle. Plus I seen a video on Facebook of the owner and his wife attacking this poor girl for asking for a refund after they rescheduled her 5+ times.

The “business manger” is extremely rude and not capable of the most basic scheduling demands. The work is good but it’s not worth the risk of having a encounter with that woman.
I would just spend the extra 20 minutes and go to Knoxville where you will find the same level of quality without the chance of being belittled by someone who has NO right to talk down to anyone.

Very good place for your tattoos I’ve let lance tattoo me for a while ever since my first one and I haven’t went anywhere else always clean opens the new pack of needles in front of you and listens to what you actually want and tries to have newest and best equipment to have the job well done and a great atmosphere to where you can just walk in and talk for a while and not even realize it
