My tattoo artist was Ricky Smith, he did an amazing job and was very professional. I was there with my wife and her friend and we all got multiple tattoos. He was very friendly and let us know everything he was doing before he did it. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a tattoo. I will be coming back for multiple tattoos from him.

We called Monday to see if we can make an appointment for their December flash because we didn’t want to have to wait if there was appointments because we’d have to drive an hour to get here. The man on the phone said it was fine to come in on Wednesday with no appointment and walk in because Wednesdays were slow. We got here at 2:30 (they open at 2), waited to see if someone would acknowledge us but got ignored for 10 minutes. With someone coming in and out near the front desk. Finally someone comes out to tell us they closed their books for the flashes we specifically came for and won’t be open for another 2 hours, maybe and that there was already appointments for it. When we were told WALK INS were fine. The original guy on the phone said all of the artists knew how to do all the flashes and it wasn’t a problem, so we basically wasted our time and gas to come here for no reason.

Artist doing my work was nice and professional, as was the girl checking people in. The guy walking around in the pink bandanna was not. He wouldn't let my boyfriend in the back with me(understandle if it's policy but say it a little nicer). He kept walking outside to smoke after every session and proceeded to stare in my boyfriend's direction, laugh and shake his head. My boyfriend was there for moral support and was considering getting a tattoo at some point but I doubt he would get it from this shop after how he was treated. Be more mature and do better.

@billy_gale is a stud!! For Christmas my family went in to get 5 different tattoos for our family Christmas together. @billy_gale didn’t blink once. He was like “let’s go!!” All 5 tattoos were smokin’ hot!! You will not be disappointed with Art Immortal Tattoos!! Ask for Billy Gale!

Waited 3.5 hrs to been seen during the flash sale on my ONLY day off just for someone to speak to me for the second time and basically tell me it was too late to get it done and wait and see if someone will be available in time drove a hour to get here after calling and asking about a wait. If they didnt think they could do it intime maybe tell me so i dont waste my entire afternoon, Sitting in the lobby. All for some linework, lost my business. Smh
