I wanted to add to some very special work I had done last year. I was pointed towards Kris by some friends who’ve had his art inked on their skin. From the initial email to set up the consultation - to the day of the work - the correspondence and atmosphere were welcoming, professional, and relaxingly friendly. I’d heard Kris had a “light touch.” During the session I hardly knew he was working as we chatted about deep philosophy and Oreos. His design was spot on and after a week there has been no itching or peeling... I wanted the top artist in his style to add such a personal piece - and I feel confident I received what I’d hoped for. i've had 4 pieces done at studio 617, & had 5 others touched up. there is no other place i'll go to get ink done than this place. every single person in the studio is personable, easy & fun to talk to! the studio itself is super classy & comfortable. all the amazing artwork hanging up is all done inhouse; i just cant say enough about kris & his staff!!!!

They are amazing. Great atmosphere and artists. They work to get you what you want and make it fun. Also, I believe Sailor Mars is the receptionist. But that could be just a theory. At any rate they are awesome and deliver quality work. You won't be disappointed
