I waited for over an hour without being helped at all. When I finally got help the owner acted so cocky and nonchalant like he didn’t need my business anyway and told me that my description of my tattoo was forgettable. When I asked for a time limit or pricing his response was that he didn’t know,” I’m like well what do you know then and can you point me to someone who’s actually educated on the business?” He refused to let me speak to the artist. I just don’t know how the “ man in charge” doesn’t know anything about anything lol maybe someone else should run front counter . He just needs better customer service experience truthfully.

Good service as far as cleanliness and efficiency. However, I’d never go back and would never recommend anyone i know to go there. Stiff, rude atmosphere and you get the feeling that they’re laughing at your body parts behind your back.

I will never come back here again. I had been here many times to get piercings done and I went back for a bar for my Christina piecing and angel was so rude to me has if I never even spent money with him. This business surely needs to count its days because the business aspect is horrible. He does not know how to be a business man and will get smart with you and will argue with you. He can't tattoo worth nothing. Told me all the tattoos I wanted was to big for the spaces so I ended up going somewhere else to get my tattoos done and they had no problems putting them in the spots I wante. the piercings may come out crooked so I would just take my business elsewhere.

I got a tattoo two weeks ago from Angel at first he was rude telling me something I couldn’t do or get on my body should’ve shut it down then but still proceeded any way to get the tattoo now my tattoo has the worst scarring and even some bumps this never happened before I’m so disappointed already want to get this mess covered up I won’t be coming back

Absolutely horrible. Rude disrespectful. I've had 15 piercings in my life. I know how to take care of then. Went there to get my dermal. Instantly got infected.
