I was not pleased with my experience here. The piercer, Angel was very rude and abrasive. When I got my piercing, he seemed very agitated. I am new to piercings and he was very rough to the point where my piercing was excessively swollen. It healed, but he was just rude to the point where I do not want to go back

Angel was very rude, didn't sanitize anything. I've never had anyone be so rude to me while piercing me. smh. i'll never recommend anyone here. the people in the front were nice though.

We walked in and everyone stared at us and wouldn’t say a word... once we asked many questions in order for someone to help us he gave us vague answers and proceeded to put in his headphones whilst the rest of the staff talked and laughed amongst themselves ignoring us. After feeling like we begged him to listen to our request for tattoo appointments he said yes but acted like he didn’t want to be spoken to or just any care about it whatsoever so we all left

Piercing guy is rude and didn’t even warn me before stabbing the needle straight in my nose causing me to jump because it startled me. I was expecting him to clean my nose before piercing but no. Also I could barely understand the after care results. I had to go to a more professional piercer after a bump formed on my nose. They had to “re-pierce” it due to the ring being at the wrong angle. Cheaper is not always better!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could and I never write reviews but his customer service and professionalism is horrible 🤣 #lessonlearned

Angel did such a good job on our tattoos! He was very friendly and professional. I got my first tattoo here on a trip to memphis with my friends and i LOVE it!! very good quality for a great price. i highly recommend this place!!!

Got a tattoo done spur of the moment. It didn’t take long at all & the staff at the shop was super friendly while me & my two sisters waited. One of the artists (I cant remember his name) took care of all 3 of us in the same sitting & they weren’t small pieces. Overall amazing work & I will for sure be back to get them to do my next one.

Customer service was as expected , could’ve been better , Angel has great service however the artist that gave me a tattoo seemed lazy and ready to go . Just got a tattoo yesterday and the tattoo has nothing professional about it . It is not bad , yet I could have went to someone on the street for less and better quality . I have a small tattoo but big enough to be noticeable and was suppose to have details however the tattoo looks thrown together , and rushed and he finished no less than 15min -20min . Before going just know exactly your artist work and their attitudes.

Came into Imperial with my sister for some tattoos. EJ did our matching tattoos. He was amazing and we had a good time! Love the work and the experience was great! Will definitely be back again for more work!
