The Hispanic looking guy at the front was extremely rude. I asked him how much a piercing was and he said $20, I then asked him how long it would take and he sarcastically asked what with a very rude tone so I sarcastically replied the piercing and dude literally jumped at me in his seat. Like why are you so angry and you're sitting down all day? I just asked a simple question. Customer service sucks these days he proceeded to yell at me and told me to get out using all type of profanity. I felt very disrespected but I'm glad I didn't spend my money there!

I've gotten 2 piercings at 2 different times. Everytime I came I was in and out, the guy angel was pretty cool. Piercings healing properly... I'm definitely coming back with more people!

Angel is RUDE ! My friend went and got two piercings while I was in the waiting area deciding on my tattoo. But when she came out the look on her face was completely mind changing. She said he was very rude and had a smart mouth, he also didn't make her feel comfortable at all while she was getting her piercings. I refuse to spend my MONEY at a shop where I'm not comfortable. He needs to get his attitude together.

OMG. I love this place. Ive gotten four piercings here. My friends have now started going here. The place is very clean and he make sure to talk to you about everything he is doing. He provide after care packets for his services. I love this place

They were great! I just got my nose pierced. It was quick and they talked me through it. I was In and out in less than 20 minutes. Would recommend to anyone!

Oh well glad I read the reviews! I was going to spend $200 here and bring 3 coworkers but the way these people talking it's not clean there and we are very Ocd about cleaness due to being nurses and if you can't be NICE to your CUSTOMERS you will eventually loose and probably go out of business ☹ sorry ☹

THE LIGHT SKIN MAN WITH THE TATTOOS WHO DOES PIERCINGS IS VERY RUDE!!! HE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! I do NOT recommend anyone goes here for a piercing
