Super clean, very friendly staff, laid back environment. The work is amazing and their artists can accommodate just about any request. Definitely a place worth visiting and worth the wait to get in with the artists.

I got my 2nd tattoo here, and over the course of a couple of years, worked it into a half sleeve with Ben Ritchie as the amazing artist who accommodated my design. I looked long and hard to find a tattoo shop that I felt comfortable going to, which hosted an artist with geometric work in their portfolio. Ben worked with me on the design, and with a combination of hard lines and soft watercolor, achieved what I was hoping for. I will come back for touch ups and further refinement over time, because of the experiences I have had.
I have low blood pressure and often get faint in response to intentional injury (I've passed out every time I've gotten pierced, and just barely scraped through staying conscious with each of my tattoos), and Ben managed that with care and clear experience with situations like mine. He had glucose tablets and cold water ready to go, as well as cool compresses to keep me conscious while the fainting spell lasted and my blood pressure regulated. Furthermore, he kept track of my wellbeing all throughout the long sessions where we worked on my sleeve. I hope to get the opportunity to work with Ben in the future.
The shop itself is tidy and well lit, with each artist having their own private workspace. It might sound weird to say, but if you have been to multiple tattoo shops, you'll understand--Red Nimbus smells sterile and clean, and it's clear that hygiene is high on their list of priorities. All of the apprentices are friendly and knowledgeable about aftercare, and they recommend products without pushing any on you. They are welcoming and kind, allow for card payments, have a comfortable waiting area and a clean restroom, and they are all experienced and amiable. They embody a tattoo club, so calling it a shop feels a bit like I've sold Red Nimbus short. They are professionals and specialists, and rightly proud of their work. I will be coming back.

My boyfriend and I went together and got great work done! However, you know the old trope that they overcharge you for your first tattoo. . .well I got got. He paid $300 for a 2.25 hour tatt and I paid $250 for linework that took 30 minutes.

For my first tattoo I wanted a very talented artist in a clean and friendly environment and that's exactly what I got! I am super ecstatic that Ben Ritchie was able to do this piece for me, and it came out awesome! The healing process was amazing too! I didn't bleed afterwards, and it was pretty much completely healed by 2 weeks. I could not be happier and will be coming back!

Got a tattoo from Ben who I've gotten two others done by him. I came to shop specifically for him. My appointment actually got moved up due to a cancellation. The atmosphere is great! There are many different styles represented by the artists. I observed industry standard level of professionalism and cleanliness. The service and value was at par or better than competitors. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Never had anyone ever be rude or mean at any tattoo place actually. I'm very happy with my experience and my friends will be going there too in the future.
