It's my favorite piece by far and wouldn't hesitate if I have another opportunity. The dude is a humble skilled artist which can be rare in the tattoo world, and it shows it his work. He cares, pays attention to detail, and wants to give you his best work possible. The guy is a real artist, go get some work done by Chipper Harbin!
