Victory Tattoo Marathon Village

I have gotten a few tattoos from the crew at victory. Ian is my primary artist. Ian and the whole crew do amazing work. They are extremely professional and courteous. The shop leans traditional/neo traditional, but the team is so skilled they can do just about anything you want. Victory puts out nothing but high quality custom crafted works of art and I will be a life-long patron!

These people were phenomenal. I have tattoos from shops around the country, and by far my most comfortable experience has been at Victory. They were accommodating, and worked with me to plan out the best tattoo, listening to what I wanted while also giving helpful professional advice. The place was clean and you can tell they value their presentation as a business. The tattoo I got was lovely (Ian did the script in the photo). The best part (besides the great work) is that there is no superiority complex here. I hate walking into a shop and feeling like I don’t belong. These guys were welcoming and so kind!

Definitely recommend! Went in on a Friday when they opened to check walk-in status to get a small piece done to remember the road trip to Nashville with my daughter before heading home to KC. I’ve gotten plenty of tattoos however, never done it as a walk in so I was a bit unsure. Thankfully it didn’t last long because they made it easy. Can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me at the desk (sorry man, it was a long drive home) but for a front of house guy he was one of the better ones I’ve come across. Very helpful and friendly. When I met Courtney (the artist) she was enthusiastic, super nice, and excited to help mark my time in Nashville. While I’ll admit my piece wasn’t a huge artistic extravaganza (an outline of the state with my daughter’s name in her handwriting and the year) I wouldn’t hesitate to get a more intricate piece from Courtney or anyone else there based on the portfolios and the work I saw going on in the shop. Courtney nailed the design, even helped relax my daughter who felt under the microscope when it came to writing her name for the piece. She had a great touch with machine, and when she was done made sure to bandage me up in way that didn’t require a bunch of hassle keeping it clean during my 8 hour drive without risking the tattoo. I was in the shop/chair for only a short time but the environment is nice, clean, and active. Everyone seemed professional and friendly. Really a top notch place and priced like I expected (“Good ain’t cheap & cheap ain’t good”) I will say that I was lucky everything worked out. I know not all walk ins work out in good shops, in high caliber shops. So my advise is to plan it. If you can’t at least have patience! Thanks Victory, thank you Courtney you helped put a huge exclamation point on a great trip with my little girl. Hope I get a chance to do it again.

Nick Hayes did absolutely amazing on my raven! He was very welcoming and we had great conversation the whole time I was there. Also, my friend decided she wanted a tattoo as well and he went out of his way to accommodate her! He even stayed after closing just to finish hers. We will definitely come back!

Solid place to go for ink of all types. Also offers walk-ins. It seems they host various artists between their two locations. This shop is quite a find! Special thanks to Nick for getting me in and creating such a a beautiful work of art.

Had a great experience here. The staff is very friendly, it’s a cool shop. Definitely check it out! Courtney tattooed myself and three of my friends and we had a great time. Will definitely be back ☺️

Fantastic shop, talented artists. The vibe is excellent and the service is great! I’d recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get an excellent tattoo from great people.

When I asked my son to recommend a place in Nashville, he immediately said he knew a great place and sent me the link for Victory Tattoo.
I went with a group of 6 people to get matching tattoos that we had designed to represent a friend who we recently lost. We made a reservation ahead of time knowing that a group of 6 might be hard to accommodate. From the first phone call to the final product, everyone was friendly, professional, and accommodating. They worked really hard to make sure we were happy with our experience. Great people!

My sister and our best friend made an appointment wanting a “Triplet Tattoo” the same but also different. Our artist Brandon was so kind and was so willing and flexible to do anything to make us happy for each design while also giving his professional opinion which benefited our tattoos in the long run. I also need to give a shout out to both of the shop managers Cam and Trevor in addition to Brandon for being incredibly sensitive to a propylene glycol allergy that we had in the group to make sure our experience was very safe and relaxing. These guys really do their research - and if you’ve been tattooed all over or it’s your first time you will have a great experience.

I’ve gotten these two beautiful pieces done by the incredible Brandon Swanson and I cannot recommend him and this shop enough. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful. Trevor’s customer service is unmatched and I think everyone should at least visit the shop and see the work of these insanely talented artists. 11/10
