I had an appointment here today, everything went great, the shop is clean and I can tell the artists are passionate about what they do which isn't the case at some spots. Eric did an amazing job on my arm. I brought him a picture, luckily he threw in his own touch and I walked away happy as hell. Solid dude and solid artist. I definitely will return.

My Husband and I had been thinking about getting tattoos to commemorate our love for this area for a few years now. We’ve traveled to this area every year for the last few years all the way from Ontario, Canada. After some extensive research we walked into Cutlass and Eric was able to fit us in and even stayed past close to finish up. He was kind and professional. I am so happy with my tattoo I just got from Eric. It was only to fix and finish a previous not good tattoo and he did an amazing job. My lines are fixed he added shading that it desperately needed and his pricing is actually very fair. I will definatly be going back to continue getting my tattoos done from him. Can not Express enough how happy I am to finally find a good artist who really cares about his work that's not trying to drain your wallet

rudest staff. I’ve had multiple tattoos done, multiple at a time but when my friend went in wanted a SMALL 74 they took it upon themselves to charger 200$. i have 6 tattoos and never in my life have paid that much for one the size of Quarter. don’t go here unless you are willing to put up with rude staff and an overpriced mediocre tattoo. we ended up leaving and going somewhere else who completely it for 60$ and the perfect size and thickness. no reason the artist couldn’t manage a small 74, besides the fact that they are just a bad tattoo artist.

If you wanna get a tattoo, it’s the best place to do it! Eric is a real professional. He helped me with the font of the tattoo, gave me different variants. He did everything exactly as I wanted. And I was fully satisfied with his work. The place also looks clean and neat.

Terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Owner/Artist was a big jerk. Wife and I went in to get a cross tattoo, to represent death of my daughter. The artist came out and saw what we wanted and said, " Not interested in doing those, turned and walked away with no explanation."

On vacation in Pigeon Forge this week. Of my family of 5, there were 4 of us that wanted tattoos. We stopped into Cutlass and asked for quotes and availability. Justin gave us very reasonable quotes and was extremely gracious and kind. The business is spotless. The tattoos are amazing! We are very happy with the work and If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely look Justin up again. We all definitely recommend coming here!
