Horrible customer service. was yelled at by the manager when voicing concerns regarding a jewelry purchase. I felt blindsided because this treatment came from the manager herself. Please beware.

I got a tattoo from Richard when he worked in a different shop. He is such a good artist. He did things with my tattoo that I hadn't even considered and I was pleasantly surprised. It is one of my favorite tattoos. I also got my nose pierced at Fear Factor. The shop is clean and the staff is very helpful. I've also seen him do two tattoos other than my own and they are both fantastic. I will be going back to Fear Factor.

They were so friendly and the shop was VERY clean. They did an awesome job making sure my piercing was going to be in the right place, and were gentle but fast. I definitely will be going back.

I dropped in to get some jewelry changed and the staff was extremely friendly. They have a huge jewelry selection and reasonable prices. The shop is immaculate and has a wonderful Deep Ellum vibe! I won’t be going anywhere else for jewelry or piercings.

One star for effort. Can't say much about the rest. The girl was tweaking so bad she couldn't stand herself. Told me to come back at a certain time. Came back and she was 30 mins late because she got caught up shopping. Got "help" with a piercing issue I had, but the gauge was smaller than the actual piercing and it got all screwed up. Piercing closed. Would definitely not recommend.

My sisters and I all got sister tattoos from Richard and he is so good, my mom and cousin loved them so they got one too. The place is so clean and friendly. Wonderful atmosphere. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Love it!!!
