Cat Tattoo

Cat Tattoo holds a golden standard in customer service. Anybody's worst nightmare came true for me. The tattoo artist that worked with me misspelled my tattoo. As you can imagine, this was incredibly embarrassing for me. I spent a lot of money on a high quality tattoo and for it to be misspelled was devastating. For clarification, all of the art I provided for the artist was spelled correctly. The artist decided to free hand the word after working on me for 6 hours and misspelled it on the spot. A week later and the artist left the shop. Leaving me high and dry. I was devastated.

Thankfully Cat Tattoo has licensed laser technicians and a tattoo laser removal machine. Multiple employees were very quick to working up a plan with me to get my misspelled tattoo fixed. They were very transparent with me in explaining how long a proper laser removal treatment actually takes. Now, every person is different, but from what I understand, after a laser treatment session you have to wait 6-9 weeks or longer for your skin to heal. I started my tattoo laser treatment at the end of 2018 and my tattoo is finally spelled correctly. Between covid and everything else thats happened, it's taken a long time. The employees that I worked with were transparent and openly communicative with me every step of the way to getting my tattoo fixed. After my tattoo was finally ready to be tattooed over, they got me with one of their best artists to tattoo the correct the spelling of my tattoo. Cat Tattoo took a horrible situation that could have been a permanent mark on my body forever and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from a shop that took the responsibility of one of their artists and remedied the situation. That is such a rarity in today's world and they have a customer for life. I couldn't recommend a better tattoo shop. Sincerely, thank you for taking care of me and making me feel comfortable every step of the way.

Brittany did a really good job on my cartilage piercing. She explained everything in great detail and didn’t rush through the process even though there was a line of other people waiting. The shop is really tidy and they were all really helpful and easy to talk to. Highly recommend! (:

Brittany is the best piercer I’ve ever come across. I got a dermal anchor on my chest today and she made me feel very comfortable. It was almost painless. She was extremely knowledgeable. Very clean shop and amazing jewelry selection. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I got my First piercing here and everything went smooth! I normally don’t write reviews so for me to even write one says a lot. Definitely will come back here! The piercer’s there know what they are doing.

Brittany was super professional and did an excellent job with my conch and helix piercings. She did a wonderful concerning placement and with the piercing experience itself. Definitely glad I went here and will be going back in the future for my future piercing needs.

Ive got my nose pierced here and I also got a tattoo on my forearm here. The place is very clean. The people there are very informative and knowledgeable at what they do. It is more expensive than other places BUT you know it is clean and done correctly so you do not have issues in the future.

I’m not sure if people of color is welcome here…. Came in at 645pm to get a piercing shop close at 8pm was told they couldn’t do it… I came back in to buy jewelry and a customer said you can help her while I look and she said no you was first… Another shop worker sat in front of me watching me while not on break and not help he said he wasn’t taking a break when he was asked!!!! Then some more white customers came in he asked them how can he help them while I’m still sitting her the be serviced for jewelry Only!!! Or maybe he’s not allowed to sale jewelry I’m not sure!!! I see very few people of color getting pierced here!!!!! But it do look very clean and nice jewelry selection!!!!

Lia and Brittany are the best piercers In the industry! If you want amazing customer service this is the place for you. I will never go anywhere else. They helped me with breathing exercises through the whole process and kept me well informed of what was happening to ease my nerves. They also thoroughly answered all of my questions and provided great after care instructions and products. Cat Tattoo has the best selection of beautiful jewelry and is well worth the price.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. If they weren’t one of the few places that had a selection of jewelry, I wouldn’t have to even try to shop here. I’ve had my piercing for 3yrs (done elsewhere), and just want new jewelry. I have been 5times, and left without any jewelry (and I know the piece I want). They require a piercer to sell the jewelry (even though she’s never there, or has 3 people waiting for her, when I arrive). It makes no sense, that I’m not able to go in and buy jewelry that I can easily put in myself! They are losing out on a lot of $, for this reason. The jewelry is not cheap.

Love this place! I just got a rook piercing by Brittany today. She was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and very sweet. The receptionist (I believe it was Sarah) was great as well. Everyone was genuinely nice and the piercing process was smooth. I’ll be back!
