Luckily, Ceremony Tattoo is rich, both in environment and the professionals that work there. Oliver, the owner, has created a welcoming space full of personality and above all else cleanliness. Jess Garza, my artist, makes it a point to make her clients happy from the design process to its application, constantly assessing their needs, while still maintaining original artistry. While still new, this shop has years of professional experience behind its walls, and would trust them to cover my whole body with ink.
