Me and my 2 friends came in with no appointment and got service immediately. The place was super cool and very clean. I had Cory do my tattoo and he was great! They came out great and he was super considerate of my needs the whole time. Great quality, definitely worth it!

I finally decided to stop by and get a piercing done for my birthday. I didn’t know if I wanted to get another ear piercing or do a nose piercing and with Cody’s help and expertise decided to get a conch piercing. I absolutely love it! Cody was such a big help in helping me decide and was very patient and just really an awesome guy! Will definitely go back and get another piercing done in the near future :)

I went to Urban's for a walk-in tattoo at the recommendation of a friend. Eric was able to fit me in right when they opened. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I got a small, straightforward tattoo, but he still gave me multiple options to choose from style wise, and was great to work with. The shop is clean and inviting. I will definitely be back for more work.

The customer service in this shop is spectacular. I will only go to this place for my piercing/tattoo needs. Cody and India do a wonderful job with my piercings and are very thorough when explaining things. Orlando was able to squeeze me in with Caleb to get my tattoo fixed and was great with keeping me updated. Caleb was wonderful. He fixed my tattoo and was very nice and understanding. I Plan on going back for my next tattoo.

Had Caleb as my artist, the session was quick but there wasn’t a dull moment. We were cracking jokes, talking about anime, or just chatting the entire time and he was very casual which made it easy to connect and work with him. The icing on the cake was how he simply explained aftercare and was very brief yet descriptive with it. 15/10, definitely gonna go back
