I got my first tattoo from a man that worked there. He completely butchered it. It was a very simple tattoo. I signed a paper that said I would not ask for a refund and I take partial responsibility but dam...give some decent customer service and offer to fix it or something!

Went in a little nervous since it was my first piercing that wasn’t my ear lobe…after talking to some of the workers I immediately felt more comfortable and would definitely recommend this place…will def b going back:) very professional clean and the people working were very kind and patient and answered any questions i asked:)

Had forearm tattoo, they didn't finnish the colors ,washed out the lines. Then blew me off when it came time to fix it. Brent doesn't know how to keep his word.
