Told walk-ins welcome. When I came in the dude was very monotone and unenthusiastic. Fine. Well I asked how much to fill in a splotchy bigger piece I have-$100. Ok, not bad. Then he quoted the new piece I asked for-something that would be no bigger than a penny-at $200. I instantly said oh no I’m good. Never paid more than $150 (without tip) and I have huge tattoos. Now I’m sitting at a shop that’s quoted me $120 and has 5 stars. Lol…read a review that said 512 had better prices than most…but where?

Having only lived in the area a few years I was nervous when my son said he was ready for his first tattoo. Being someone with a ton of tattoos I know it can go either way with artists. We found 512 tattoo and talked with Dave who was incredibly helpful and receptive to our needs. The shop had a great vibe and we got in the next day just as promised. Dave did perfect job and had a great attitude with someone getting their first tattoo.. No attitude, no ego issues and fantastic work!! I highly recommend Dave and 512 tattoo. We WILL be returning

For the past few years I've been seeing Ian, such a great artist! For traditional and anything creative you need. I've also been seeing Dave for anything fine line- amazing work, very fast paced. Both are very accompanied to whatever you need or want tattoo wise or comfort. Totally recommend them both 100%

I went on vacation to Austin Texas and decided to get a tattoo looking for places I found this amazing place Dave was my artist and I was delighted with his work, he was a very nice person, and he made sure that my tattoo was in the perfect place, I felt no pain, The place is very nice and clean, everything is cozy. I strongly recommend Five One Two tattoo. Dave was super nice. He has a special gift. Thank you very much. I look forward to going back to Texas to get another tattoo.
