Great place, with fantastic people. Had an initial conversation with Hannah about the tattoo and numbing creams and got the tattoo with Mark. Great guy who gave the tattoo his own spin but finished it very quickly. My tattoo shop of choice for future tattoos.

Went last Friday for their Friday the 13th special with some friends and was blown away by how kind and helpful the staff was! Terrible communication between myself and Hannah. Over the course of a few months, I had to constantly reach out to see if the appointment was still on, which she would tell me it was but she wasn't sure about the design. I tried working with her for the design, but in the last few weeks, did not hear from her. Very unprofessional, if you don't want to take on a project anymore, you should tell the client.
