All Saints Tattoo

Some of the BEST customer service i've had, especially at a tattoo shop! Frank tattooed my new ink VERY professionally & was so so kind. He was very patient with me when I complained about the pain of getting a tattoo. He even pointed out his tattoos and mentioned if he could take the pain, so could I! Not to mention the clean environment, and great bandaging when the artist is done with their work. All Saints Tattoo runs beautifully with great personalities and awesome cleanliness.

Earlier the same day my 2 friends went in and got matching tattoos from the guy with the scorpion tattoo on his face (pardon me for not catching his name), they said he was great too!

I’ve been to a couple of tattoo parlors in Austin and I’ve never felt more comfortable than I did at All Saints. I was so nervous for my first tattoo and they were all extremely friendly and accommodating when I had questions or concerns about the tattoo. For one of my friends first tattoos we tried to go to Atomic and were treated so disrespectfully, I should have just taken her to All Saints in the first place. I LOVE this shop and the guys who work there! Austin did an awesome job on my most recent tattoo and I recommend him!!

this shop is great. most of the art you see is Americana, which they do well, but I'd feel confident getting any style done here. I've always gotten work done by Jon (the owner) and he is excellent, but I have seen everyone else's work and they all seem great.

Me and a buddy of mine went it as a couple walk-ins and Niko and Johnny banged out our tattoos in 15 minutes. They were small but the lines were perfect! Can’t wait to see some of their bigger pieces.

I got my first tattoo done by Jon when he was at True Blue & I was SO excited when he got his own shop. All but two of my 10 tattoos have been done by Jon or another artist at the shop. The place is clean, adorable, and everyone is great to work with. Love this place and the artists, highly recommend it!

Clean shop. Friendly and fun staff. Amazing atmosphere. Jon did my very first tattoo (well all of them actually). I still get compliments on the shading and the colors being so vivid and that was back in 2009!! I made the mistake of trusting a different "artist" after I moved to Houston. I returned and got an amazing cover-up! I now make the trip to Austin for ink!

Jon at all saints is amazing!!! I've been going to him for years and love the shop he's built! I don't trust anyone else to tattoo me and his work is hands down the best. Every time I go to the shop the staff is more than welcoming and I always feel comfortable getting tattooed! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Best tattoo shop in Austin! VERY CLEAN! All of the artists do beautiful work, are professional, and friendly. They are willing to work through pieces with you, and meet your needs while still being honest about the outcome and contributing to what will look best for you. Recommend them anytime I can! Tattoo artist was nice and professional. They person who greeted at the door who was not an artist had an attitude that wasn't appreciated. I do not deal with unprofessional businesses. I took my buisness elsewhere and was highly pleased with their professionalism and quality of art.

So i emailed this place over 2 days ago asking if I could get a wolf and moon tattoo done saturday for my husband and I. I was told that they had two artist their and they deffinitly should be able to help me since they pictures and dimensions were in guidelines for walk ins. When I got their i was immediately shut down by one of the artist. Who told me they were not within walk in guidelines and needed an appointment.
I was calm because i understand not rushing a tattoo so i calmly told them i drove 2 hours and dont mind waiting to see if the other artist could do it if this one isn't able but I did send the pictures in advance so they could get a concept together. I also drove 2 hours to get here and to please just let the guy who emailed know that he should follow up with his artist about what they can do for a walk in before informing someone that what they want is in the guidelines of same day appointment.
This is why I contacted them before getting here cause again I understand having to draw out and get things perfect for such a permanent piece of art. But because I informed this to they tattoo artist and again I didnt raise my voice and i did understand where they were coming from. They decided the best course of action was to tell me to leave and not allow me to even ask the other tattoo artist.
Again i understand taking your time and Im sorry Im not from Austin and I have children i have to get home to by a certain time so i cant schedule the next day when you want me to but denying me the opportunity to speak to the other artist and seeing if our schedules matched better is a VERY poor practice of business. So the guy pushing the broom your rude and should be fired. They tattoo artist that couldn't help me very polite I have nothing bad to say about you cause we conversed just fine.
