They had me make an appointment since they weren't taking walk ins, so I made an appointment for a consultation for an ear piercing, and mentioned that I might want to get pierced as well if I decided what I wanted during the consultation.
When I arrived, one of the staff members wasn't wearing a mask, a customer wasn't wearing a mask, and they said they didn't have time to pierce me even though I was on time for the appointment and the consultation didn't take long. I left and went to a different shop in town where they were taking really great precautions regarding COVID-19, and I got pierced and had a far better experience.

So my Monroe piercing came out during lunch that day. Because I'm a lady, I couldn't just pull my lip up at the table. I thought "no worries Fhire, you'll be home in 2hrs. Put it back then"...in 2 hrs the damn thing was healed half-way CLOSED! Amillion was close, and the young lady who helped me was way cool and knowledgeable. I even bought new gems. There was no wait, no hassle, no drama. She took me back, and fixed me right up. She even explained which type piercing may be best for me. Go and ask for Jill!

Came in with my husband to get $60 "Get what you get" tattoos and had a great experience! We were really lucky to have Shane Watkins do our tattoos! He is very funny, laid back, and easy to work with! We will definitely be back in the future to get some Shane Watkins tattoos!!!

really liked it ! Casey did mine and my niece Kelly. he was very professional. the shop was very clean and the music wasn't reading ( which was REALLY nice)
and my girlfriend got a cartridge earring from the piercer, who was extremely knowledgeable and super nice :)

If you’re getting a piercing I would recommend Platinum Ink instead of here, when I went to platinum ink it was quick, painless and professional. Yet when I came here to get the same piecing the women who helped me seemed inexperienced and caused me much more pain than I know I should of experienced since I had gotten the same piercing before about a year ago. In addition this shop didn’t provide after care instructions or any after care cleaning spray like how platinum ink does.

Jill was awesome! She was sweet and didnt even make me fun of me when I pretty much cried over a little ol nose piercing. Love the selection of jewelry and SUPER clean environment. Will 100% go back when I stop being a big baby 😁
