Check in girl was super nice and pleasant. Kassie, the piercer, was extremely rude, not only to us but to the check in girl as well. Very blunt, demanded only one person in the room to pierce. We asked which side of the nose most people get and her response was “I have no idea, why would I know that?!”. So ugly! Will not return.

I’ve gotten pierced at this location and it’s clean and it was a good experience. I went back for a tattoo I had a drawing and was clear about what I wanted. came in at 2pm. Was told to come back at 7pm and I could get the tattoo I wanted. Came back and he told me he messed up. Didn’t draw it and actually had someone booked for that time. Then told me he would make it right and he could do the tattoo Saturday at 11am. He was 45min late even walking in made me wait longer as he drew up something and then the drawing was 100% nothing that we had discussed at all. I understand this is on the individual artist and not the location but it put me off the whole experience. Very unhappy.

Told me sit down I took a seat and she rudely said ,” well I need to see your face.” Like okay? Could be nice about it or maybe be specific.

I requested a snug. The piercer Angela never once apologized for the fact she completely messed up my piercing. She only said "this is not what I intended it to look like". I was not charge for the piercing but all I walked out with was a complementary bottle of saline cleaner for the hole she put in my ear. No discount toward a future piercing. I would not recommend using her as a piercer or even going to this shop for a piercing. I now ONLY have a hole in my ear that will need to heal and no piercing. Thank goodness I was given a free bandaid.

I can not express how satisfied I am with the service here, I had a wonderful experience with Laurel she is absolutely amazing!!. She was attentive and explain everything she was going to do when I got my nose piercing, I highly recommend going with her when getting a piercing.

Kris was a super sweetheart from the time i was setting my appointment to the time i walked out the door. He was 2 hours late to the appointment but thats fine, he had a good reason. When i showed him what i wanted he drew up something that was significantly different because he said he didnt feel comfortable tattooing the exact picture i showed him which was fine, i guess. He was sympathetic and polite during the tattoo which i also appreciated.

Edit: one year later and the tattoo looks fine. There's been a lot of bleeding and the lines aren't as thin and sharp as i had hoped they would stay but its fine.

Lifesaver on piercings. I got a nose stud in early March through Platinum Ink and had an irritation bump that persisted for almost two months. I went back to them and asked for advice, and they just told me to keep spraying it with Neilmed saline and washing with Dial gold soap.

I came here and realized my piercing has surgical steel, which is fine, but I have a known nickel sensitivity. Nobody thought to ask me that until I got to Atomic. After getting a titanium flat back put in here, my irritation bump was gone in a week.

I’ve interacted with three different piercers here, as I also had to get a retainer put in for an MRI and that switched out as well. I actually had to come here for that initially because Platinum was out of retainers, and I came back to Atomic for help with the bump. I’m so glad I did. The piercers have all been knowledgeable and gentle, especially Laurel. Will only come here for piercings from now on. The place is also insanely clean.

I had a great expirence at this shop. Staff is very professional and helpful, as soon as I walked in someone checked me in and took care of me. The place is really nice, clean and well sterilized. I got my navel pierced by Bonnie, she is so sweet and explained to me the aftercare. I love the placement of my navel and the (included) jewelry is so beautiful and great quality. 10/10 would recommend Bonnie, she knows how to get it done right!

I couldn't of had a better experience with my first tattoo as i did as a walk-in and having Lily as my Tattoo Artist. She is an absolute Angel. Very informative, kind, and professional! She did a brilliant job and was full of creative suggestions that i was thrilled to accept into the tattoo design. She knows her stuff and I strongly recommend her. LOVE IT! <3
