Went in for a quote and spoke with Ian Greathouse. He was VERY RUDE and super unprofessional. I got the impression he did not want to do my tattoo. His attitude was very “to good for you” and was just not helpful. Will not be returning here or recommending this place.

I took my daughter to have her 2nd ear piercing done st the S Austin location. She was a little nervous, and Joey did a great job easing her nerves & explaining the whole procedure as she went. Joey explained the aftercare process thoroughly as well. My daughter is thrilled with her new look! Thanks, Joey!

I got my tattoo from Kris. This man is a legend. Had a half sleeve done. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody nervous about getting a tattoo. Kris will make you feel comfortable and is open to new ideas. There is nothing this man can't do. Ask for Kris!!

Artist responsible was Kris O'neal.
1. Their deposit refund policy basically amounts to stealing money. They won't issue refunds even if artists haven't done their jobs prior to the appointment.
2. Paid $175 dollars for an outline, shop has additional $100 of mine that they didn't do any work to earn and won't refund.
3. Have a half finished tattoo (outline only.)
4. EDIT: The "owner" (reads like the artist) claims they did not receive return calls.. not true. I got one voicemail from one of the owners that I returned several times and left voicemails and *I'm* the one who didn't get a call back. The rest is bs, twisting and misinformation don't buy it.

The artist that was working on Saturday 5-29-21 in the morning shift was very unprofessional. He did not introduce himself and instead of being helpful he came across as rude and lacks communication skills. I will never use this facility and I'll make sure and share our experience with others.

Fantastic place! Clean, comfortable and accomadating. I had to book an appt for 2 weeks later but it was well worth it! ;)> Mark worked with me on the overall concept and of course sometimes things evolve but we definitely got it . He is very careful and talented . I'm definitely going back for a couple of more tatts.

Came here because of good reviews and was excited to get my first tattoo. Spoke with Kris two weeks ago about my design, he said cool will get it done but i will be on leave for a week. I said cool and i paid my deposit to secure something. I came two weeks later hoping something was produced. In return, Kris seemed like he was in a bad mood and was very negative in his tone and manner about why i was wondering why nothing was done in two weeks. I stated that this experience left a bad taste in my mouth because i was never contacted or updated about any status of the drawing during that time. Verbatim he stated that. “If it left a bad taste in your mouth then I dont want to tattoo you.” Fair enough, as it something that will be permanent on me, i dont want to be constantly reminded of the terrible attitude that was received from getting my first tattoo. Then when we decide it would be better to part ways, i wanted to get my deposit back he said he didnt have it and will get it to me tomorrow. Will see today if this is true. Overall, a very poor experience. Will not recommend to future customers.
