My best friend and I went to get matching tattoos! The vibe was great and the staff was super friendly and organized. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. We did the $35 tattoos on Monday. We came at 11am and waited in line till they opened at 12pm. We signed in and they told us the wait would be 1 hour and they would call. We got food and came back after an hour and the process took about 45 minutes for the both of us. So efficient!

Technically I got my first tattoo done on Mini Monday to see how it felt like before I got this snake piece on my forearm and was a little nervous about how it would turn out. But I trusted Aaron completely and he did not disappoint! I sent him some reference pics a week before and he had something ready when I walked in. Cool guy, super focused in his work, awesome staff and really took the time to hear me out. Pricing was a plus too! Planning on getting more tattoos done by him in the future 🤪

Tattoos are good quality, however when I came with my sister she asked for a tattoo in color and received a regular black tattoo. She has never gotten a colored tattoo before so she assumed you start in black and go over it in the desired color. Once she realized that’s not the case, she was offered 10% off her next tattoo. Adding color to your tattoo costs $10. So in order for her to her get $10 BACK she would have to purchase a $100 tattoo and use her 10% off. When she went in to get her next tattoo and use her 10%, she brought this up to the manager he said “no you got 10% off”. So she essentially paid $10 for color she never received!! The MINIMUM they could have done in this situation was either offer a $10 refund OR $10 off her tattoo. But that’s the absolute minimum considering her tattoo was straight up not the color she wanted AND she paid $10 extra for literally no reason. She really likes going here so she would never say anything or leave a review, but I sure will!! BE SURE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE CORRECT COLOR TATTOO AS YOU WILL NOT BE FULLY COMPENSATED FOR IT!
UPDATE: after reading the other reviews it seems that missing color is a common mistake here!! The sad thing is others were not only refunded $10, but also given an extra discount on top of that.not sure why my sister didn’t receive the same treatment.
