Ben is a gentleman and a scholar. Since my very first tattoo to my third and future ones, he is very professional and meticulous, and I appreciate him working with me to create some unique pieces. I’d recommend him to anyone I know looking to get some ink. Also the shop is awesome, art everywhere and always something interesting to stare at while you wince in pain.

Came into the shop today to get tattooed by Brandon Murphy, and I have nothing but amazing things to say! The shop is so clean, covid cautions, and polite. Brandon had great attention to detail and really took care of me during my tattoo session by always offering water and even gave me his snack! I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality.

Royal Tiger is a must for any and all American Traditional tattoo enthusiasts. I'm currently having a full back piece done by Ben and have been so impressed through every step of the process. Ben and all the artists are super friendly, very professional, and extremely talented. Every line crisp and perfect, every tattoo buttery smooth. I can't post a photo of my piece yet as it's still in the works but, seriously, if you love American Trad as much as I do, you absolutely must come to Royal Tiger!!!

Amazing staff. Super knowledgeable and open about their process. From the prep to the bandaging, they are making sure you know exactly what's going on. Most importantly, their artistic instinct and confidence made for an amazing product. I'll be coming back soon for sure!

This place is underrated for being as great as it is. Went in recently to get a new piece from Ben after having planned it for a couple of months. It came out perfect and even better than I pictured in my head. I looked at artists from all over Austin before deciding to go here. Ben is detailed in his work and it shows. Favorite shop in town! I've gotten tattooed by Josue twice now and I'm not sure which tattoo is my favorite!
They're super nice and helpful whenever you walk in. I've never gotten a bad vibe while being here.
The place is always clean as is the bathroom. The prices are very fair.. But you honestly shouldn't even worry about that. Make sure you get an amazing piece of art from whichever artist here.
Will keep coming back to get more pieces here, for sure!
