My piercings always fall off. My second day after I got my ears pierced the earring on my left ear fell off which is fine because they replaced it and they charged me $20 dollars for every ear. A few weeks later the same earring fell off. I went almost a week or so to get a replacement. They had to pierce me again and charged me $25 to redo my piercing. That's $5 more than the original piercing. And now a couple of weeks and the same earring falls off again. WTF

The best place to get tattooed in Brownsville, I always get my pieces done here. I love the flow the shop has. Neal and Bebo are the best, I've gotten work done from both of them and they are amazing !

For me, Tattooed Empire ensured that although I may have walked into the shop as a customer, I left it feeling like family. It is for this reason that I found myself spending any spare minute I could at the shop. Aside from the alluring feeling, one gets when you see the elegant tattoo work of the artists at Tattooed Empire displayed on your body, Neal, Bebo, Peter, and Jerry ensure that the relationship goes beyond the ink. More specifically, Neal Tyner, as my artist, has displayed complete dedication to his work and for that I am grateful.

They don’t show up on time as there page and door shows. I went in they gave me every excuse under the sun to not do my tattoo. I went in wanting there business and they pretty much threw it back in my face. I told them different options and they seemed to be so lazy to make excuses not to do them. I would NOT recommend this place and if I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible just terrible customer service
