I had the best experience ever, they're all so friendly. I had the pleasure to get my tattoo, with the best artist ever Jess Cavazos. He help me to make a better decision about my tattoo, and it came out beautiful. I'll definitely come back, and strongly recommend it.

Tattoo artist seemed too rush; tattoo was large and took about 1.5 hours. I had booked a large piece and artist advised I needed to get on his page and set up another appointment session which I thought was his job since the original tattoo piece I booked with him was not even half done. I had paid more than half of the price set. Will not be going back and will find another location for tattoo to be finished. Needs better customer service. However, place is nice and friendly staff.

My tattoo looked great had minor flaws in the hands and faces but the only part I was truly disappointed with was paying $600 before tip for a tattoo that took an hour and 10 minutes. Took 50 minutes to set up then an hour and ten for the tattoo itself. For the quality and time $600 was steep. I thought his $600 quote was him just putting my max amount as the quote but I was wrong. I was told never to negotiate with an artist so I just paid it but wishing I had spoken up or asked pricing details ahead of time. Artist was extremely professional and created an awesome piece!

I randomly saw a girl with the most beautiful, vibrant, clean cut, fresh-looking tattoo..of course i had to ask her where she got it. She mentioned Desiree from Black Lantern and I instantly decided that i would get my next session with her. Cant wait to set up an appointment. We just moved here from WA state and ive been looking for a new tattoo artist...im so happy to hear about this place and to see such incredible, quality portfolios. Im impressed.

Didn't get a tattoo yet because the artist I wanted to see wasn't there. I don't blame him. Maybe he wanted to spend Valentine's with his SO. Will most likely come back to get work done. The staff was so nice. And the receptionist's Mom gave my wife and I some chocolate dipped strawberries and pie. Just great people.

Jess is AMAZING! I had my first session with him last night. His idea for what I wanted was even better than what I had asked for, and his work turned out amazing and super realistic. I totally understand why he was on Ink Masters! He was super friendly and chill. I got to watch netflix and hang out. Everyone in the shop was really awesome and easy to hangout with, lots of cool stuff to look at and I felt at home. I can't wait to go back and do my next session. PLEASE check out this shop, everyone was great and I plan to have another artist do a smaller piece for me soon. The receptionist is also a sweetheart. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Went in with Desirae to get a tattoo done. Tattoo came out good $600 later. Didn’t like how she and her other artist joked about using hérpe needles and other stupid comments made, didn’t want to walk out with a tattoo half done but maybe should have. Then had to call her about a skin irritation my tattoo broke out with days after. She told me she never heard of or had that happen before. That I should go to a Dr about it. Tatttoo eventually healed up, tried to call and txt her several times to get touch up done where skin irritation caused ink to not settle in correctly, of course no response. Good work, bad experience, definitely will never go back,, if your in the market for a good tattoo definitely shop around.
