Walked in with a friend who was visiting from out of state to get matching tattoos. Was helped by Alexander who was very courteous, professional, and friendly. Shop minimum for a tattoo is a fair $80. My friend and I are both very happy with our tattoos. Thanks for a great experience, y'all! Will be coming back.

The woman who did my tattoo, she was super friendly, and super confident in her work, she's the best! Honestly, she helped me through getting my second tattoo ever on my ribs, and they also really care! She continuously asked me how was I doing during the process. Best place I've been to so far!

I have had awesome experiences at Black Heart!! Rainie has done 2 tattoos for me and both were AMAZING!! She is very thorough and light handed. I've had another tattoo by Jeremiah which was also amazing!! The shop is very clean and organized. Savannah did my nose piercing she is also amazing!!! Highly recommend!!

There was a lot of meaning behind the tattoo I went in to cover up. I was super indecisive about what would be meaningful and most importantly what would work for Jesse. He helped me figured out what would be best. I am also not your best client. He was patient and took his time no matter how much I moved. I am super pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Jesse to my family and friends.
Also the shop was very cleaned. They made everyone wear a mask, sanitized and have their temperature check.

Got a memorial piece for my grandmother done by Alexander, and I could not possibly be more thrilled with it! He was kind, he’s incredibly talented, and I felt like I was in good hands from the minute I got there. The atmosphere and environment were also very comfortable. I went in August, and everyone was wearing masks. They checked my temperature and had me use hand sanitizer before I even sat down. I definitely felt confident in my safety being there during the Covid outbreak because everything was very clean and I could tell they were taking every precaution. Can not recommend enough!!
