Terrible customer service. Was told I couldn't select the artist I wanted to work with because it was first-come, first-serve. If you want someone to spend time with you designing a tattoo, collaborating with you, etc., go elsewhere.

I sent my son here to get his first tattoo. Eli did it he was great he loved the atmosphere and the fact that everyone was cool Eli made him very comfortable and he loved every moment. He was instructed on how to take care of it and he will be back to get the rest of the work done. I don't know why some have given bad reviews but as for my son experience it was great and he was treated right. Thanks ELI I love the triple D you did can't wait to see the money bags thank you. I have went into a shop and felt out of place this didn't happen when my son went I would recommend anyone to this shop thanks keep up the great work

After having my septum pierced that didn’t go to well at another shop, I tested out Cedar Springs. Alex understood the assignment and did his damn thang! It was quick and painless. He was thorough in his placement. I will be back if he is there.
