I followed my amazing artist Dani over. And the difference in experiences from her last studio to here was enormous. I was offered popcorn, hot chocolate, water, during my tattoo. And as always, Dani did an amazing job on my tattoo (I highly recommend you ask for her next time you're looking to get a new tattoo). And felt very comfortable in the shop, was even able to watch Netflix to pass the time while being tattooed. If I could give it more than 5 Stars, I absolutely would!

I went here to get my nose and septum pierced. I was greeted quickly and my piercer was Johanna! She got to me quickly and was super calming since I was nervous. She was done with the nose before I knew it and septum shortly after. She was great!

This place is top of the food chain for tattoo work and workers. Spent 5+ hours there with the company owner and was astonished by the level of professionalism and dedication he has for his shop. First, the owner came in on his day off to make sure I got my arm price done before I left town. Second, I was offered many over and beyond comfort items while I was sitting in my top of the line tattoo easel/chair. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect this is your only stop. Highly recommend Controversy to all!

Mando was my artist, he is VERY talented which made me regret only getting a small piece of art tonight, (a heart on my right hand) there are several pieces currently being sketched in which I'll be back to have him quote out very soon. Giovanna did my daughters belly button piercing and an industrial and they look great! Hella friendly staff, pricing is amazing, very clean environment, would Def recommend you swinging by for work.

Not only was he super friendly and really easy to talk to, but he spent almost an hour just making sure that my thigh piece was everything I wanted! In my opinion, he went above and beyond for me and I am so thankful! He is an amazing artist and a really cool guy to spend 4+ hours with!
