Wonderful experience! Love the shop, it's clean and funky and full of all the decor that I love best in a tattoo shop. Tommy is wonderful; nice, efficient, and he does clean work. Thank you guys for such a great ending to our Texas adventure!!

I visited this tattoo place on Friday 02/28/2020 on recommendation from my daughter. Cole did two tattoos for her early last year and the turned out really nice. My friend and I decided we were going to stop by and get a few small tattoos. We didn’t make an appointment as I never had with any of my previous tattoos. We were greeted when we got there and was advised it would be about 30 minutes. We didn’t have a problem waiting as we drove from Arlington(45 minutes away). We met with Cole and showed him the small tattoos we wanted. She wanted two I wanted 3. He informed us since we didn’t have an appointment he was not going to be able to do all of them but could do two on each of us. We both got mini hearts and I got a small script tattoo my friend received a small one in her chest. We will post pic. Cole informed us he will give us a discount since he wasn’t able to do the 3rd one. He told us $120 which we both thought it was for all of them being the size I will post a pic. My friend put her card in but she had to make a call on it so I put my card in to pay. I added a tip. I never do this but I didn’t even think to look at the amount I was being charged. My friend then paid and we left. I looked at my bank account the next day I was charged $125 so I called my friend and asked her she was charged the same. I said it must of been some kind of mistake being what we received. My daughter had a butterfly and cross and paid about the same. I had a mini heart and script. I reached out to Cole via text on Saturday with concerns no responds. Sunday morning I advised him I will be coming into get this situated. I then received a text advising the charges were correct and he did take a discount of $30 off the heart. I have had a quite a few tattoos in my time and I know when I’ve been ripped off. I’m writing this review to help others as there are several tattoo shops in DFW. I don’t mind paying what I owe but you take a look and see what was provided vs what was paid.

Walked in to this shop with my friend to get a tattoo. Guys refused our ideas and stated that it was “not possible”. Grabbed a sharpie and started scribbling on my arm trying to explain why he couldn’t do it. We said we would go somewhere else and the guy at the front said they would “steal our money”. Don’t waste your time!

Went for a couple tattoos, didnt end up getting any because the artist took 90 minutes to draw tattoo; it looked nothing like what I showed him. Gave him my #, asked him to retry and call me, I'd be back the next day...no call, I showed up the next day, another artist wanted to do the tattoo double the size I asked for, said it couldn't be done and maintain detail otherwise....Access denied, a tattoo is a personal choice and on your body for life; it will be done like I want it, or I'll take my business elsewhere, which is exactly what I did.

UPDATE: Came back home to a shop in Illinois, got the tattoo done exactly how I asked for it; I love it (see pic).

This is where I got my first tattoo, and wanted to add to it, but after walking in and being told to come back on Tuesday, they then blew me off on Tuesday. I could tell they didn't feel like doing a simple design. I went somewhere else. I was disappointed because I like this shop.

every artist here is sick. i could go on and on about each of them, but just do yourself a favor and get your next tattoo here. based on the talent of the staff, the vibe, the art on the walls and the location DoG is the best shop in dallas. oh, and get a tintype in the traveling studio in the parking lot while you’re there!

The only place I go to get tattooed. Tommy is the best, hands down. The entire shop is great. I tell everyone I know to come here. I've even had friends come from California and get a tattoo here.

I have gotten all four my my tattoos done here, fairly big ones at that. All ranging from 4 to 5 hours amazing work, get stopped all the time so people can look at the ink. I trust everyone there its a nice home feel.

Eddie Loven did a personally designed leg piece for me just a couple months ago.
The piece took a proximately 4 1/2 hours but the healing process was ultra rapid.
The colors are SO vibrant and I get compliments on it all the time.
Call ahead-well worth it!!!!!!

I visited this parlor on a recommendation in August. My tattoo artist Dave did a great job of botching simple line work on my arm. While he worked some areas were just uncomfortable and others were on the edge of excruciating. Half of it healed after the first week, my usual healing time. The areas that were the most painful took 3 weeks to heal and the color never seemed right so I visited my dermatologist and a tattoo removal tech. They both confirmed my tattoo is half ink, half scarring with distinct colouration between the two because he went to far into the skin. I'm afraid one star is too high for this place. I wouldn't recommend it.
