Update 6/4/22:
There was a mix up concerning the fact that the individual I emailed worked at a different Fine Lines Tattoo than the Dallas location I visited. I had not known there were other locations and simply messaged the email I was given on their website when I clicked on "email". This is definitely something I should have been more careful of, as well as them when designing their website.
After speaking with Abel at the Dallas location, it appears they are taking the issue more seriously. I appreciate that they took the time to look into the original issue described below. It goes a long way, in my opinion, on restoring the shops credibility.

Great response time and pretty portfolios. I can’t say much more than that unfortunately. I came here for a walk in around opening time but despite waiting 10 minutes and calling in the store for someone, no one came to the front to offer services.
The shop also smelled exceptional like weed upon walking in. It was so concentrated that someone had to have been smoking in the shop recently. Out of concern, I informed them through email only to have them dismiss me and question my intentions (not that I’m sure what they think I could get out of saying such things). My intentions had been good and I hadn’t planned on making a review of this, but after their defensiveness I fear more is going on here than they want to admit. I’d steer clear.

Abel did all six of our tattoos within 3 hours. He was patient, has a steady hand (he has clean lines), ev3ryone was extremely happy with the results. This is my 3rd tattoo and by far the best one I have had...already planning my next one

Had made an appointment but got started an hour late because he was with another customer. My artwork was not ready like we had originally discussed. The tattoo did not take long and I don't feel like it's worth the price paid. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I called a day before to make an appointment and they told me I can come in at 2:30. I show up with my friends and they told me to ask for Taylor. Whoever was there said “oh yea but now I have to do these tattoos.” The tats he was doing was a small turtle outline and an outline of a chain or something. He said to wait an hour. So we did and went and got some coffee. Almost an hour and a half goes by and he still isn’t done. So unprofessional we had an appointment. We ended up just walking out. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I'm supposed to tell others why I just loved this place. I wouldn't use the word love, as I didn't suddenly want to buy them a puppy. I believe some businesses are not the type to review.
