Came here to have an old faded tattoo brought back to life...Joe didn't disappoint! I'm already planning a new tattoo and cannot wait to work with Joe again. Everyone here was so friendly and laid-back. The atmosphere is great. Highly recommend!

Got two earlobe piercings and I was initially scared but Tearanie (apologize if I misspelled) made me SO comfortable and she was SO NICE. Not just her but the whole staff was so kind and patient when I could barely hear them lol I will be coming back! Thank you guys for the great experience!

My design from Char was not great. I requested edits 72 hours prior to my appointment which was 3+ months in the making. I received zero design updates or communications until 5 hours after my scheduled appointment. I was later told edits would happen at the appointment... A tattoo that would cover my shoulder and my entire upper arm - the design for this would essentially be done on the fly minutes before my tattoo. Hmm
She is talented no doubt but her process needs to be revamped. While in her shop discussing the tattoo I noticed a very elitist attitude from her. Her colleagues seemed to be walking on egg shells around her, almost scared of her in a way.
All in all - bad vibes and bad customer service.

Artists were very cool people, very talkative and knowledgeable. Chris was my artist and he did an amazing job on my tattoo and will probably set up another one with him in the near future. Shop was clean and organized. And they used proper sanitation.

I will 100% be coming back for more piercings! Tearney (I am so sorry if I butchered that) is amazing. She did my second lobe piercings and if I want to get anything else, I'll be asking for her. This place takes walk-ins, so I called at around 6:30, was at the shop by 7, and done by 7:30. Great experience overall!!!

Got some sick black work tattoos from Chris. Friendly atmosphere, and talented artists. Chris spent lots of time with me and made sure the tattoo was exactly what I wanted. Don’t make the same mistake I did at first, and go to some low end tattoo shop. Come here to get quality tattoos, it’s well worth it.

Where do I start.... Everyone was so sweet! I took my oldest daughter to get her nostril pierced a d I got my nostril and septum pierced. Very professional, covid aware and practicing great safety protocol (took our Temps, limiting capacity, had us sanitize, masks, ect). The piercings were virtually painless and look amazing! I would highly recommend.

Great first time experience with this shop, we just moved to Texas and were looking for the best of the best. And these guys are it! My first piece was done by Zach and he was very professional and did an amazing job! I’m going back for more artwork in a couple months. Look forward to it.
Also I’m an anxious person and the environment really is laid back and helps calm your nerves.

Absolutely love this shop. I've gotten 4 tattoos here, all of them are great! Zach and Matt are awesome! Also had multiple piercings done and Tierany (I hope I spelled that right) is an absolutely amazing piercer. Everyone is friendly and fun to be around, which is a huge plus when you're there multiple hours at a time.
