I love the enviroment here it was clean and even smelled nice. Lucy their piercer was able to get me in right away. The piercing went smooth and only hurt for a second. Lucy did a great job with placement and jewerly selection. Will definitely be back for more piercing

Horrible environment to work in. Extremely unprofessional. Can't say anything bad about the piercer or piercing side, but the tattoo artists there are the absolute worst(Josh and Tiffany). No motivation. No clientele. Constantly drunk or hungover taking naps on the counters, nobody even bothering to look up from their phones. Always going across the street to take shots and leaving me there by myself. Not bothering to take the phone when they go outside to smoke. Super super clicky and negative. Not only this but they will make things up about you and lie to get you fired even though you are nothing but nice and respectful. I've been in the industry 11 years, go to conventions, guest spot etc. And I've never NOT wanted to work with a group of people so bad in my entire life. I hope the actual owner see's this and can correct the problem because I don't see this place lasting much longer with staff like that, which is why tattoo artists are leaving there in the first place because they are buddy-buddy with the manager there and nothing is being done about it. Thanks for listening to me rant.

This is the best hole in the wall tat/piercing place ever! Not to mention their laid back and super friendly! I got my nose re-pierced tonight and he sent me home with a little care kit!! Not to mention he was super hot X3 great place guys!!! Keep up the great work!!

Matt is the nicest guy ever!!! I got my front helix triple pierced last weekend and I accidentally pulled the middle one out today. I had tried and couldn't get it back in on my own so I went back and Matt fixed in 2 seconds without any questions. Thanks Matt you're the best!!!

While visiting Dallas I decided to get my nose pierced. We went last night 3/15/17 and Matt was awesome. He made it quick and painless. He was also very friendly, so I will definitely be back to let him do me a few tattoos when I'm in the area. Great job Matt, I love it!!

First I want to thank everyone one more time at Hold Fast tattoos you guys rock! So me and my wifey went and got out nipples pierced by Matthew and I will say I was so nervous but he made me feel so comfortable that it went away and all I could be was excited I highly recommend you guys to everyone... I will travel from Louisiana to Dallas just for all of my piercing and tattoo needs! You guys explained everything to the tee.... 10☆ rating

Jeremiah was the absolute best! Will never go to anyone else for piercings! I was checked in fast and was seen immediately! Super clean and sanitized!!! 100% recommend!!!

I've had a great experience. I got my nose pierced by Matt and he gave me information about keeping my piercing clean and if I needed to change my ring just come back. Establishment was nice and clean. IMPRESSED!!!
