After doing some quick research about local tattoo shops, I chose Hold Fast to get my second tattoo and it was the best decision I ever made! The guys there were super nice and very knowledgeable. It was super quick and relatively painless (I got one on my right wrist). I will definitely be going back! Thanks so much guys!

David did my tattoo, this was my very first tattoo, he was very professional and gentle while doing so, I am terrible with needles and even then I was a little uncomfortable but it was completely tolerable! I would definitely come back here for all of my other tattoos.

Maybe being the proper color, you can get treated with respect and class here. The first time we only dealt with their rude racist attitudes because they were the only place in the area with the particular nose ring we had. I will be filing a complaint because treating people with disabilities in a certain way is rude. I came in with a person with a disability whom can barely see and was given rude treatment after I informed him that she couldn't fill out the paperwork. The first time I bought her, a lady was there and we still incurred some difficulty. Then he actually put her on the spot in front of other customers which was totally unfair and uncalled for. I will file a complaint through the proper government channels to have this place investigated.

You should be able to give zero stars. They will tell you your tattoo is guaranteed for life, it is not. When I returned to have mine fixed, not just touched up but FIXED, they informed me I would have to tip them or try to “sweet talk” one of them into fixing it bc the artist who did it was no longer there. A shop should not claim to guarantee the work COMING OUT OF THAT SHOP if they don’t actually uphold that. They were also very rude when we came in and attempted to be condescending to us. Save your time and money and go somewhere where they respect their customers.

They were so amazing! I walked in 3 min before closing and they still pierced my nose. It was super quick & completely painless...Everyone was so so friendly and nice...I would definitely go back and I would recommend them to anyone!

Jeremy is the best piercer in Dallas! He did all my piercing and lobe stretching, and now pierced my daughter's ears. This tattoo shop is by the book. Very clean, and friendly. Do it.
